If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please e mail us first at email@example.com telling us the reason for returning your items. Then send the items back to us at:

Other things to note
- Please return the items in their original condition with the original tags attached and at your cost.
- We advise you used a signed for service or get tracking when you send items back to us. Unfortunately items can sometimes get lost in transit.
- If you wish to exchange the item/s please state the size and item you would like instead.
- If we have the item in stock, we will ship your replacement within 3 working days.
- *If we don’t have the items or size requested in stock, we will contact you to advise you of this and organise a refund. You should expect to receive the refund within 2 - 3 days of the item being received. We don't like to keep you waiting for your money back.
If items are faulty
This is very rare but it if happens, please e mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org giving us details of the problem.
We will ask you to return the garment to us and will then send you a replacement item, subject to availability, at no extra cost and reimburse you the cost of returning the faulty item.
Alternatively, if you wish, we will refund you including the cost of returning the item to us, no problem.
Orders online are normally delivered in 3-4 working days within the UK. We will contact you straight away by e mail if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if there will be a delay in delivery.
We always try to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but occasionally some orders may take slightly longer.
There is a £4 charge for all shipments within the UK no matter how big or small the parcel.

It will cost £10.00 to ship any items to most major countries.

Shipping times vary depending on the country. If there is a country we cannot ship your item to, we will e mail you to notify you when we receive your order and refund you.
