How can I order?
Ordering is simple. Please pick your desired items in your size and click ‘Add to Cart.’ When you are happy with your choice, you can ‘View your Cart’ and proceed to ‘Checkout.’ After entering your billing and shipping address you can select the payment method of your choice and place your order.
How can I cancel an order?
To cancel your order, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your reason to cancel.
If your order has already been dispatched, please return your order as soon as it is delivered and we will refund you as soon as we receive it.
Which size shall I choose?
All of our sizing is based on a regular UK Sizing chart.
SIZE XS – 6/8
SIZE S – 8/10
SIZE M – 10/12
SIZE L – 12/14
SIZE XL – 14/16
Some styles will fit differently to others, so we do our very best to help with this by highlighting the information on size and fit in the article description.
Have I placed my order correctly?
If you would like to check your order details, you can review the order confirmation in the email we send you directly after your order is placed. Everything should be there.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Where do Be Here + Love deliver to?
We are happy to say we can pretty much ship worldwide to major countries - and some smaller ones. Please note that orders to overseas countries may have additional delivery costs, taxes and charges but we try and keep our worldwide shipping to £10 no matter where in the world you are.
How long until my order arrives?
After the order is placed, we normally take around 3-5 days to pack up your purchase and despatch it via Royal Mail or UPS. Delivery overseas or out of the UK takes approximately 7-10 days.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping within the UK is £4 and International shipping is £10. See our Shipping section for other details.
Where is my order?
As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping dispatch confirmation via email. In some cases you may receive a tracking code which can be used for monitoring the delivery process of your parcel. We do this when a parcel has a long way to travel and we like to keep tabs on it.
Why was there no invoice in my parcel?
There should be an invoice for your order in every parcel. We can also provide one in case you misplace it and need it for your own records.
Which parcel delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all of our UK deliveries as they are so reliable. We also use Parcel force and UPS for bigger packages that need to go that bit further.
Is express delivery possible?
If there are special circumstances, we can often get a delivery out within 24 hours. We often do this for our customers who have bought something as a gift for a friend’s birthday. Just e mail us at email@example.com to request a fast dispatch.
What is the exchange and return policy?
You can return your original and unworn items within 14 days. We only accept items where original tag hangtag is still attached. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return unless a prepaid return shipping label came with your shipment. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it and place a new order on our website.
What if my item is damaged?
If any items happen to arrive that are not perfect, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
As soon as we have received the items in their original condition, we immediately start processing the refund. It normally takes 1-2 business days until the amount is refunded to your account.
Which payment methods are available?
We offer all the current ways of payment such as credit card (Mastercard, Visa), Paypal, immediate bank transfer etc. All the payment methods will be automatically indicated in the order process.
Can I pay by instalments?
We don’t offer this service yet but please watch this space.
How should I care for my Be Here + Love products?
Please note specific care instructions can be found on each garment.
General care instructions for our products are as follows:
- Machine wash cold with similar colours, using a delicate cycle.
- Do not iron over the foil or print as this can stick to the metal or melt with heat application.
- Hang dry or lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
- Do not dry clean

My order was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
If your order was marked as delivered but you don't have it yet, chances are your package is hiding close by. Please check with neighbours, other members of the household or areas near your entrance..
If you are still unable to locate your package we recommend confirming the correct shipping address was entered on your order confirmation.
If it doesn’t turn up within 7 days of receiving a delivery confirmation, please email your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will help you with the lost package procedure to hopefully recover your package or replace the contents.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
We don’t offer a gift wrap service but our packaging is so pretty we think it’s bound to make the recipient smile anyway.
